With more than 18 years of experience in senior sales management and direct sales in the IT industry especially in information technology services, Rahul has an extensive background in strategy development, organizational leadership, market analysis and the management of multi-million-dollar budgets. Rahul’s sales experience spans numerous industries and markets, to include: Financial Services, Hi Tech, Manufacturing, and Healthcare verticals.
Rahul worked for HCL, Hewlett Packard responsible for sales and managing client relationships of major Federal and Banking clients.
Prior to starting Destar, he served in a number of sales and senior executive roles where he won numerous leadership and performance awards at Birlasoft, finishing his tenure there as the Sr. Vice President running different verticals for the organization as well as he helped manage the company’s key strategic client relationships.
Rahul has a BA in Economics and Masters in Management Studies. He is also trained in Six Sigma and has championed a number of Six Sigma projects. He has also participated in many career development workshops at Wharton and other institutions of higher learning.
