Khushi Ram has more than thirty years of Business, Finance, Accounting, Commercial Management and Business Development having experience in global Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Airline, Communication and Technology industries. Having worked in the Asia Pacific region over the last 20 years he has extensively travelled and is a specialist in Asia Pacific and China markets.

Khushi Ram has previously worked in Lucent Technologies, Unisteel Technologies, Tiger Airways in various roles including being the Chief Financial Officer for the companies, he has also held the role of President of South East Asia Region for Alcatel-Lucent in the past.

Avinash has close to two decades of rich experience in the areas of Global Cross Border Collaboration, Software Product Development, Offshore Outsourcing and Professional Services. Prior to Birlasoft, Avinash worked for a major consulting organization, defining the Systems Strategies and implementing large projects for major federal and international clients.

Avinash is currently the CEO and MD of Excel Ventures, an early stage Private Equity fund which invests in the Technology, Healthcare and Education segment primarily in the Indian market.

He has over the years developed and honed skills in General Management, Sales Leadership, Change Management and Leadership, Negotiation, Branding and Marketing, Human Relations and People Management as well as managing complex and Global P&Ls.

He has a deep understanding of Viral Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Web 2.0 frameworks and its application to socio-behavior patterns of various customer demographics.

Avinash was a founding member of Birlasoft and was responsible for the initial setup of the company, which included establishing the infrastructure, building the team and setting up the required systems and processes for global operations. As Chief Operating Officer, Avinash was responsible for global operations across the USA, Europe, APAC, Japan and Middle East markets.

Nakul is a co-Founder and the India Country head, and has been instrumental in generating and nurturing strong relationships for the company. His diverse experience spans various Global Markets and Industries. Nakul has been involved in developing and implementing Strategic Roadmaps for various business units in Leadership Roles.

Nakul loves being a part of the Destar Dream Team, which is a source of passion, motivation and boundless energy that is building Destar into a Global Organization!!!

Having spent a decade in United Kingdom, he has worked with Birlasoft, where he was responsible for the Acquisition and Management of some the region’s most Strategic Customers. He was the Global Head and Sr. Vice President of Professional Services in Datamatics. Working with an entrepreneurial zest, passion for sales and ability to connect with people has always been the spirit of his every engagement.

Ravi is a hands on Leader. He has vast experience of working in US and has lead strategic initiatives in Managing Clients and setting up Efficient Delivery teams for providing Right Talent at Right Time.

Ravi is a people’s person and is always up for a vibrant conversation on new ideas and initiatives!!!

His understanding of the US markets provides Mentorship to the fast growing Delivery teams in India. Ravi manages the Destar office in Noida and under his Leadership it has become the fastest growing Global Delivery center in Destar. Optimizing and Effective delivery is the cornerstone of his operational excellence.

Hands-on experience in general administrative activities, personnel management, policy implementation and facility management. Skilled in formulating policies, employee engagement activities, employee grievances handling and bringing in innovative HR practices. Deft at building & enabling teams, interacting with vendors and acquiring & managing key clients and worked with multiple industries over a decade in the Staffing domain. Adept in leading multi-location teams and driving internal as well as external stakeholders. She comes with a thought process of keeping what works and fixing what doesn’t.

Nishita leads the Strategic Sales Relationships for Destar. Being it maintaining existing relations or building new ones – she has used her strong interpersonal skills to perform these roles effectively. She has over the years played a key role in New Business Development initiatives and successfully implemented the same with her teams. She successfully lead the initiative for Destar in setting up the UAE operations.

Leading Delivery Excellence, Operational efficiency & Strategic direction at Destar Inc & has been instrumental in leading transformation, developing & inspiring a high performance team in a Dynamic environment. His diverse experience spans across various Global Customers. He has conceptualized & implemented process enhancements of key accounts, its framework and principle of operations. Razak loves being part of the team, who has extreme focus on learning & development of Human capital within the organization & communities at large. Having spent more than a decade in India & APAC , he has worked with Accenture, where he was responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Process improvements, Strategic planning. He has an entrepreneurial streak with passion for Reimagining & Reinventing the Recruitment, L& D and an innate ability to build Team from scratch & exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders.

Kavitha leads Customer Relationship Management of the company’s Global accounts based in India. With over a decade of experience in the Talent Acquisition and Training and Development, she has been instrumental in setting up operations in multiple cities in India for various clients.

Kavitha loves travelling to new locations and is always eager to enjoy the culture and challenges that each new visit brings!!!

Her key strength in developing Retention Strategies enables our Global client’s ramp up their teams effectively and quickly.
